Red Garnet is a leaf variety grown for its colorful sprouts and soft tasty young leaves that are oval-heart shaped and medium green over laid with burgundy red. Leaves can be harvested for baby leaf in 25 to 28 days.

Arugula

Arugula, Eruca vesicaria, subsp. Sativa
Standard strain of arugula or roquette used in salad mixes to add a delicious spicy flavor. Long dark green lobed leaves are ready to cut in 21 days for baby leaf and reach full maturity after 40 days.

Arugula -Wild Rocket (Sylvetta)

Arugula -Wild Rocket (Sylvetta), Diplotaxis tenuifolia

Compared with regular arugula, this species is slower growing, about half the height and with smaller much more deeply lobed leaves.  The taste is more pungent and is becoming the arugula of choice in many Italian dishes.  Produces tiny delicate yellow flowers.  First harvest in 50 days.

This new variety of cultivated arugula is appreciated for its earliness and vigor. Plants have an erect growth habit making it ideal for baby leaf production. Mid-green colored leaves are highly lobed and serrated giving them a similar appearance to wild rocket. Leaves have a pleasant lightly bitter spicy taste. Baby leaves in 20-21 days.

This very uniform high yielding hybrid variety has a fully erect growth habit and longer leaves making it ideal for baby leaf production. Leaves are bright green in color with red veins and stems. It is highly tolerant to Cercospora Leaf Spot and moderately tolerant to Downey & Powdery Mildew. Baby leaves in 25 to 30 days.

This newly discovered variety will add a vibrant color to any spring mix. Young stems have a beautiful magenta-red color that extends into the leaf veins and fades into the medium green leaves. Young leaves can be cut after 30 days.

This extremely uniform vigorous hybrid has a fully erect growth habit which makes it particularly suitable for baby leaf production. Sweet tasting leaves are light to medium green with red veins and stems. It is highly tolerant to Cercospora Leaf Spot and moderately tolerant to Downey & Powdery Mildew. Baby leaves in 26 to 30 days.

This hybrid has small to medium spoon shaped shiny red-violet leaves with a slightly rumpled texture and a mild mustard taste. Leaf color holds well in warm temperatures. Plant growth is vigorous and more upright than standard Tat Soi, making it ideal for baby leaves which can be harvested as early as 20 days after sowing. Good cold tolerance.
