Matures 35 days to baby leaf tops and 55-58 days for the beet root. Tops are exceptionally beautiful with a dark red-purple color and a remarkable sweet flavor. Roots show attractive candy striped zoning when sliced.

This striking Italian variety has alternating red and white concentric rings that resemble a bull’s eye. Medium-height tops are all green with pink-striped stems. When baked whole and sliced just before serving this sweet variety retains its unique markings. 55 days.

Cylindra is a long smooth dark red beet averaging 6-8”by 1.5-2” excellent for uniform slicing. Interior flesh is dark-red, free from rings, sweet and easy to peel. Roots grow almost entirely underground with small reddish-green tops. Matures in 50 to 75 days.

Beet, Crosby's Egyptian

Also known as Crosby’s Early Egyptian, this heritage variety originated in Germany and is a standard early bunching beet. Roots are flattened and heart-shaped with dark-red flesh that has lighter zones. Erect tops are medium green and grow up to 17 inches tall. Matures in 50-60 days.

Prolific, matures in an average of 58 days. Roots are nearly globe shaped, 2.5 to 3 inches in diameter with smooth skin. Blood red color with virtually no zoning. Solid good keeping root. Medium green tops with tinges of red. Resistant to Downy Mildew.

This specialty beet has round orange roots with a rich gold interior that will not bleed like red beets. The roots are becoming increasingly popular in the small beet bunching market. Tender green leaves with attractive yellow stems add color and flavor to a salad mix. Matures in 50 to 60 days.

Excellent variety for greens or bunching. Vigorous dark-green leaves are tinged with maroon and grow up to 18 inch tall. Flattened globe shaped roots are dark purplish-red in color and mature in 50 to 60 days.

Beet, Hybrid Red Titan

This very uniform high yielding hybrid variety has a fully erect growth habit. Mature leaves average 12-13 inches and are green in color with a little red. Dark red, top shaped roots have no internal zoning and a high sugar content of 12-15%. It is highly tolerant to Cercospora Leaf Spot and moderately tolerant to Downey & Powdery Mildew. Matures in 60 days. Used for topping, bunching, processing and pigment extraction.

Uniform and smooth, medium dark red globe shaped roots have dark-red flesh with no off color zones. Medium dull-green tops tinged with maroon grow 10-12 inches tall. Good for both fresh market and processing. Matures in an average of 55-60 days.
