Brassica oleracea (capitata group)
| | Cabbage, Brunswick Brunswick produces large heads averaging 6 to 9 lbs each. Uniform flat drumhead shaped heads range from 6 to 7 inches deep by 9 to 12 inches in diameter. It is particularly tolerant to cold weather. Relative maturity is 85 to 90 days.

Cabbage, Copenhagen Market Early Round solid heads with
good wrapper leaves vary from 6 to 8 inches in diameter and weight from
3 to 4 pounds. Heads have short stems, are not inclined to burst and keep
well. Plants are small, medium green and with good uniformity. Maturity
65 to 80 days. |

Cabbage, Early Jersey Wakefield Conical solid tightly folded
heads range from 5 to 7” in diameter x 10 to 15” tall with an
average weight of 3 lbs. Resistant to splitting and Yellows. Good uniformity.

plants produce hard round deep red-purple heads 5 to 7” in diameter

This newly bred high yielding variety produces heads weighing up
to 4.5 pounds with deep green color. Good tolerance to cold temperatures
and slow to burst. High tolerance to Cabbage Yellows and Black
Rot. Matures 75 to 80 days after transplanting.

An excellent early variety with very nice medium sized heads that
average about 3 pounds. Globe shaped heads are dense and blue green
in color. Widely adapted. Matures 57 to 59 days after transplanting.

Early hybrid particularly adapted for spring and summer sowing in
tropical highlands. Oblate dark green heads weigh up to 4.5 pounds
and hold well during transport. Excellent yielder and tolerant

from transplanting.

This very early hybrid produces small compact slightly pointed medium
blue green heads averaging approx. 2 pounds. Beautiful creamy centers
have a sweet mild flavor excellent for salads and snacks. Matures

a good yielder that produces firm heads well adapted for shipping
