Carrot, Chantenay Red Cored
60-75 days. Wide shouldered short tapered roots are 5-6” long
x 2.5” in diameter. Abundant erect tops grow up to 20”
tall. Fine-grained interior is deep red-orange to the center. A
good producer well adapted to heavier soils. |

75-77 days. Uniform dark-orange high quality slightly tapered roots
averages 8-9” long x 1.5” in diameter with tender crisp
coreless flesh. Strong 13-20” tops. Does best in deep loamy
soil. |

75 days. A popular Oriental market variety with 6-8” bright
orange slightly tapered roots with blunt ends and sweet tender reddish-orange
