Old standard “Italian Dandelion” variety that produces very early
seed stalks and broader deep-cut smooth thick meaty light-green leaves. Young
leaves have a mild bittersweet flavor that gets stronger as the plants mature.
Centers blanch when tightly bunched. “Baby size” leaves can be harvested
in 28-30 days

weather. Matures 75 to 100 days after sowing.
