This well known sure
heading variety accounts for a high percentage of Chinese cabbage grown
for market in the United States. Upright cylindrical heads average 16-18"
tall x 4" in diameter with dark-green leaves and a well blanched interior.
Relative maturity varies from 55 to 100 days. |

Pak Choy, Taipai Red F1 This is a beautiful new hybrid that produces glossy purple red leaves with bright very light green stems and leaf veins.
