    Colorful and vitamin rich this beautiful garden kale produces vibrant pink to red fan-shaped leaves with highly frilled edges. Used as a garnish or to brighten any salad mix. Flat growing with contrasting pink to red centers and green edges. Color is enhanced by cooler weather.

Plume-like leaves are finely curled and an attractive bluish-green color. Dwarf plants grow up to 15” tall but can spread up to 30” wide. Hardy and maintains color well. Relative maturity is 55 to 90 days.

    This beautiful hybrid kale has highly frilled leaves with deep cut margins and excellent color which varies from dark red veins and leaf margins during warm growing temperatures to a completely red-purple leaf during colder growing periods. Plants grow up to 24” tall and mature in 45-48 days from transplanting.

Plant leaves are deep gray-green with purple veins, flat, non-curled with deeply cut margins. Mature leaves are tenderer than other kale varieties and have a mild sweet flavor. Vigorous, 18-30” tall. Matures 50 days from transplanting.

Chinese Kale (Gai Lohn)
This uniquely Asian vegetable in the cabbage family is grown for its large edible stem that can be harvested from 45 to 60 days after sowing. Young plants are harvested whole and used in a variety of cooked dishes. Stems are harvested when 10 to 12” long x 1-1 ½” in diameter and are peeled before use. The plant is tolerant to hot wet conditions. It grows very few side shoots and produces white flowers.
