Kohlrabi, Purple Vienna
Standard home and market variety with uniform deep purple skin and
crisp greenish-white apple-like flesh. 55 to 69 days from sowing
to mature bulbs. Harvest at 2 to 2.5” in diameter for best
quality. Bulbs become fibrous as they mature.

Kohlrabi, White Vienna
Earlier than Purple Vienna by 5 to 10 days, White Vienna grows 10
to 12” tall, has small leaves and produces pale-green smooth
flattened globe shaped bulbs with white flesh that are best when
harvested at 2 to 2.5” in diameter. Good in salads, for snacking
or light cooking.
