Shungiku, Broad Leaf
Edible leaved chrysanthemum is a very popular vegetable in Asia
and is used mainly in cooked dishes and soups. The
Broadleaf variety produces large oblong smooth light to medium
green leaves that can be harvested from 25 to 50 days. |

Shungiku, Middle Leaf
This edible chrysanthemum variety produces long moderately serrated
smooth medium green leaves which can be cut for baby leaves at 24
days; or, 5 to 8" leaves may be harvested and bunched up through
about 50 days. It adds a unique flavorful addition to salads,
vegetables and pickles.
