Red Garnett is a leaf variety grown for its colorful sprouts and soft tasty young leaves that are oval-heart shaped and medium green overlaid with burgundy red. Leaves can be harvested for microgreens in 16-18 days.

18 days. Healthy 2" seedlings have large green cotyledons with splotches of red and just beginning the first true leaf.

28 days. Plants average 3 to 4 inches tall and are mostly in the “flag” leaf. Shoots are white at the bottom changing to a light green at the top. Pleasant mild onion flavor. A range of varieties are used for this purpose.

12 days. Large Japanese diakon radish seed is used to grow these 2.5 to 3" seedlings that have long slender stems, white at the base changing to a medium green at the top with full cotyledons. .

This variety was developed specifically its colorful purplish red stem (darkest color of the red sprouting radish varieties). It has muted reddish green cotyledons and leaves. Harvest for microgreens in about 12 days.

    18 days. Calico Mix is Condor’s own unique blend of green, white, red, gold and magenta Swiss chards. Before blending seed is decorticated and sized alike for optimum uniform blending and planting.
