Squash, Table Queen Acorn
Vigorous vines produce medium sized dark olive-green acorn shaped deeply ribbed
fruits pointed toward the blossom end. 80-95 days. Sweet dry golden-yellow
flesh is excellent for baking. Mature fruit are 5-6" long x 4-4.5" in diameter
with a thin hard shell. |

This unique variety produces fruit 8-12" long x 5-6" in diameter that when cooked
yield delicious spaghetti like strands of creamy-light yellow flesh. 85-100 days.
Ready to harvest when skin color changes from cream to buff. Can store up to

Squash, Pink Banana Jumbo
This popular winter "jumbo" squash used for both canning and baking produces
long cylindrical fruit that can weight up to 70 pounds. 105-115 days. Size ranges
from 30-48" long x 8-12" in diameter. Thin brittle skin turns pink-orange at
maturity. Yellow-orange flesh is sweet, thick, firm and dry. |

Squash ,Waltham Butternut
Most popular butternut, more uniform shape and size with fewer crooknecks, better
interior texture and color than older varieties. Fruit are 8 – 12” x
3 ½ - 4” and weigh from 3 to 6 pounds. Smooth light-tan skin
color, thick cylindrical neck, small seed cavity, rich dry yellowish-orange
flesh and nutty flavor. Vigorous vines with high yields. Good storage. |

Fruit shape, color and texture are similar to Waltham Butternut, but the size is larger, ranging from 24 to 32 cm long by 10-12 cm wide and weighing from 2.0 to 2.5 kg. Vines are vigorous with good Powdery Mildew tolerance. Excellent storage. Seed count averages 9,000/kg. |
