Yard-Long Bean, Black Seed Dark green pods are round, slender and measure from 18 to 21” long. Good heat and disease tolerance. This is the earliest of the three varieties and has a prolific pod set. Beans can be harvested 45 to 50 days after sowing. |

Yard-Long Bean, Brown Seed This vigorous variety is well adapted to diverse environmental conditions. It has medium green thick round pods that are 20 to 22” long at maturity and have firm thick flesh. First harvest is 50 to 55 days after sowing. Yard-long bean is also known as asparagus bean.
