Swiss Chard, White Cloud 

Beta vulgaris (Cicla group)
This variety is an improved Large White Ribbed swiss chard. Stalks and leaf midribs are smooth, thick, broad and snow white. Leaves are medium dark green, lightly crumpled when young and crumpled at maturity. Tender when young and very tasty and crunchy when grown to full maturity. White Cloud grows to be 22 to 25 inches tall. Heat tolerant. Relative maturity is 52-59 days.
